AMC - Annual Maintenance Contract


Breakdown maintenance You can log in complaints at Fore-Tech's dedicated call centre for a quick resolution. Service through paid calls may be a good option if the equipment is not critical to the operation or performs light duty or in case you have a standby machine.


Labour only AMC's We provide labor only maintenance contracts wherein Fore-Tech is responsible for providing service whereas parts are either stocked up by the Client or we supply them at additional cost. These contracts are preferred in case of imported equipment or wherever the parts are rather expensive.

Comprehensive AMC's Comprehensive maintenance contracts are usually offered by us in cooperation with OEM's or in case of indigenous appliances whereby Fore-Tech is responsible for providing both labor and parts. These contracts allow for least down time of the machines and also enable us increase the life span of equipment by several years.


Non-Comprehensive AMC's This is similar to a Comprehensive AMC, but in this, the cost of the spare parts replacement must be borne by the customer, This usually means only service. Preventive maintenance comes under this and a consultant will advise on equipment breakdown.


Installation, Accessories & Training We can install your old or new equipment and guide you through construction of utilities, installation, testing, commissioning and training of your operation & maintenance personnel for any type of food service equipment besides supplying entire range of kitchen accessories. Remodeling Fore-Tech also undertakes renovation of old equipment as well as repair of pre owned equipment to get optimum output and increased life span.



On-Call Service

Our Experienced Executive and team will arrive at your premises for investigating on the product explained over call. on same day issue will be prioritized(Minor or Major)

  • if minor issue than it will be taken care on the same day and our team will provide the receipt and route cause.
  • if major issue which requires additional materials and man power,then team will return back to collect the required spares and assemble at earliest.charges will be claimed for spare parts with receipt from you.
  • if the major issue is solved by ourselves then the second visit after the assembly will not be charge
